Glen Laville
Glenn joined the Company in 1993 as a Site Foreman. He had previously qualified as a benchhand joiner in 1987 and had worked both within a joinery factory and on sites. He became a Senior Foreman in 1997 and then became a Site Agent in 2002. He has considerable experience of managing large sites (values up to £2.4 million) or those with special difficulties. He is CAD and IT literate in all the usual formats. He normally reports to a project Director.
